  • Unique use of Hands, Elbows, Knees, Shoulders, Hips and Legs

  EAGLE

  • Focuses on Grabbing and Pressure Point Attacks
  • Designed for Close Fighting
  • Hand and Finger strengthening techniques
  • Development of Internal Strength and Senses

  SNAKE

  • Taught only to Black Sashes
  • Vital pressure point and lethal strikes
  • Quick actions to end situation

 

Street Defense Tactics and their applications will also be taught in addition to animal forms.

 

Historical Chinese and Japanese weapons (Nunckukus, 9 Section Chinese Whip, Twin Hooks, 3 Section Staff, Bo Staff, Swords and Chinese Fans) will be instructed as students progress in each form.
